Ordering Policy

By placing an order with Little Way Flower Shop, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  1. The accuracy and truthfulness of the flower delivery details and billing address provided for delivery.
  2. Any instances of credit card fraud will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities and dealt with accordingly.
  3. Little Way Flower Shop retains the option to contact the customer to rectify any errors in shipping details provided by the client, but it is not legally obligated to do so.
  4. In the event that the address specified by the client is found to be incorrect, Little Way Flower Shop reserves the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
  5. If a delivery experiences delays, Little Way Flower Shop may choose to offer promotional discounts or credit rebates at its discretion but is not legally obligated to do so.
  6. If, for any reason, a product is not delivered, Little Way Flower Shop will replace the ordered item with one of equal value.
  7. Little Way Flower Shop provides next-day flower delivery services to the areas specified in the Delivery Areas section. Upon placing an order and selecting a preferred delivery date, the sender will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed. If, for any unforeseen reason, the desired delivery date cannot be met, the client will be notified through email. We strongly recommend that all clients refer to the Delivery Areas to ensure a suitable flower delivery date for their intended recipient.
  8. Little Way Flower Shop reserves the right to modify or alter order specifications to align with its store policies.

Delivery Policy

Little Way Flower Shop is an online flower delivery service located in Pasay City, exclusively serving Metro Manila. We operate seven (7) days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

  • Pasay, Makati, Manila & Taguig | Free
  • Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, & Quezon City | Free

Delivery Timeframes:

  1. All orders are automatically processed for next-day delivery unless a specific delivery date is provided.
  2. Same-day delivery is available if orders are placed before 10 AM (Philippine Time). Orders received before 4:00 PM (Philippine Time) will be scheduled for delivery the following day unless a specific delivery date is specified.
  3. Our regular delivery window generally spans from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, although this timeframe may extend beyond 8:00 PM depending on the volume of deliveries for the day.
  4. Please note that during peak seasons, such as Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, All Saint’s Day, Christmas, and New Year, same-day or next-day delivery may not be available. Specific delivery schedules for these peak periods will be communicated in advance.
  5. Please be aware that these regular delivery schedules do not apply during peak seasons. Applicable schedules will be announced ahead of time.

Delivery Time

Little Way Flower Shop cannot guarantee specific delivery times. The exact delivery time varies and depends on the schedule of our delivery personnel. 

Late Deliveries

If we fail to deliver your item on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. However, if a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., recipient unavailability or incorrect address), a refund will not be issued. In the event of recipient unavailability, we will leave a delivery note requesting a call to arrange delivery, and we will also attempt to contact you regarding delivery issues.

Incorrect Delivery

Information If you provide incorrect delivery information, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. You have the opportunity to correct this information up to two business days before the delivery date. If our delivery personnel report an incorrect delivery address, we will make an effort to contact you for updated information. Nevertheless, we cannot be held responsible if a delivery cannot be made due to inaccurate information, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Undeliverable Locations

  • While we strive to deliver to hospitals, hotels, and company addresses as requested, we cannot guarantee delivery to such locations, although it is typically successful. If your delivery is destined for one of these locations, please provide the name and phone number of the establishment. For hospital deliveries, the recipient’s ward and room number are also necessary.
  • Each facility may have its own delivery procedures, which we will attempt to follow. However, Little Way Flower Shop cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not permit delivery to individual rooms, and ICUs typically do not allow flower deliveries. We recommend verifying with the facility before placing your order. No refund can be issued if delivery issues arise due to these circumstances.

Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refuses delivery, no refund will be provided.

Products and Images

  • Products purchased will include only the items listed in the product description. Vases and additional items are not included unless specifically mentioned in the product description and are used for display purposes only.
  • Product photos of flower bouquets represent the standard size and appearance of the arrangements and may vary slightly. Please refer to our Substitution Policy below for more details.

Refund Requests and Claims

If your order is unsatisfactory, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. In cases of quality issues, our customer service representative may request a digital picture of the delivered product after the claim is submitted.

Order Changes

To make changes to your order, please contact Customer Support at My Account. Changes can only be made two business days or more before the scheduled delivery date.

Payment Processing Issues

If you provide incorrect or invalid credit card or payment information, we cannot process your order. We will make attempts to contact you to resolve the issue, but you will be responsible for any resulting complications.

Quality Policy

Flower arrangements are unique and handcrafted, resulting in no two arrangements being identical. We make every effort to closely match orders with product photos and descriptions. While minor variations may occasionally be necessary, the concept and value of the ordered item are always guaranteed.


Full refunds for cancellations are permitted if made two (2) business days or more before the scheduled delivery date. If an order is cancelled one (1) business day before the delivery date, no refund will be issued.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place two or more identical orders and promptly notify us, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, provided the local florist has not already created and delivered the item.

Substitution Policy

In certain cases where specific items mentioned in the product description are unavailable, we may need to make careful substitutions of equal or greater value. In such instances, we will seek your permission for the substitution if possible. If we are unable to reach you or if there is insufficient time to obtain your approval, we will proceed with the substitution.
